What we collect, what we don't, and who else is involved
On this page
Short version: we collect what you type into the contact form and nothing else. There's no advertising tracking on this site, we don't sell anything to anyone, and we don't run a background retargeting operation.

What we collect

We do not ask for and do not want payment details, identification documents, or any sensitive personal information through this website.
What we don't do
- No advertising or retargeting pixels.
- No selling, renting or trading of your details. Ever, to anyone.
- No adding you to a mailing list because you filled in a contact form. The newsletter is a separate, unticked box, and it's the only way onto that list.
- No automated call sequences or drip campaigns. You get one reply from a person.
- No cookies set by us for tracking purposes.
Third parties involved
Form handling
Contact forms are processed by a third-party form service which passes the submission to our email inbox. What you type passes through their systems in order to reach us. They are a processor acting on our behalf and are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.
Google Fonts
Typefaces load from Google's font servers. This means your browser makes a request to Google, which involves your IP address, as with any resource loaded from another domain.
Hosting
The site is hosted on GitHub Pages. Their servers keep standard access logs for operational and security purposes.
Links out
We link to other websites, including our own related properties and to Google's free tools. Once you follow a link, that site's privacy policy applies rather than ours.
How long we keep things
Inquiries stay in our email so we have a record of the conversation. If you'd rather we deleted yours, call and ask — we'll do it and confirm.
Newsletter subscriptions last until you unsubscribe. Every email includes a working unsubscribe link and our postal address, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.
Your choices
- See what we hold. Call and ask. It will be whatever you sent us.
- Have it deleted. Call and ask. We'll delete it and confirm.
- Have it corrected. Same process.
- Stop the emails. Use the unsubscribe link, or call.
Depending on where you live, you may have formal statutory rights over your personal information, including under Colorado law. We aim to honour requests of this kind regardless of whether a particular law applies to you.
Children. This site is aimed at business owners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If we change how any of this works we'll update this page and change the date at the top. We won't start collecting something new and quietly leave this page as it was.
